Real estate broker fees

If you sell your property through a real estate broker, you will, as the seller(s), pay the broker fees.

How much exactly ?

The fees will be paid either through a fixed flat rate, or through a percentage of the selling price, ranging from 2% to 5% (depending on the selling price, its location, and the real estate agency policy). The services offered by a real estate agent include taking professional pictures of the property, the creation and publication of the listing, coordinating interactions between the seller(s) and buyers, etc.

At Hypo21 SA, we are solely focused on mortgages, thus do not offer those type of services. However, through are experience and our many partenerships, we will be able to put you in contact with competent real estate brokers if necessary.
